How the Nike + iPod works
Earlier I made a joke about the iPod compatible shoes, but now I found out what this Nike + iPod stuff is all about. You buy an extra thing for your iPod Nano and it comes with something that attaches to the Nano and a sensor that goes on your shoe. Then it tracks your running or walking, and tells you how far you went, calories burned, pace, and so on. When you get home it uploads the data to your computer and sends it to the Nike web site which makes graphs and does some other things.
