There's a homestarrunner DVD DVD DVD 3 DVD box set out for $30 which includes one hundred Strong Bad emails, three unreleased emails, commentary, four karaoke videos, and over an hour of puppet stuff, behind the scenes stuff, and other stuff. It's also region free so you can play it all over the world. Sounds pretty cool.

Rooster Teeth Productions, the people who made redvsblue, have a new series called The Strangerhood. It's an animation created using The Sims 2. The first episode and the trailer are up. Looks pretty funny so far.

Season 3 of redvsblue started a while back. Then to commerate the release of Halo 2 they released three episodes. So now there's episodes 39 to 42 at the redvsblue video archive. You should check them out if you're still following the series. They're getting pretty crazy. New people and new maps are being used, probably even new effects. Also the plot the is getting more complex, in a good way I think.
