We did some testing, and it turns out that the Food Lion brand of potato soup tastes better than the Campbell's brand of the same soup. It has bigger potatoes and is more creamy. It seems to stay warmer for a longer period of time too. But it takes 5 minutes in the microwave as opposed to Campbell's taking 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The Food Lion brand is harder to open too. But the taste and savings are worth it. So these results should help you feel better about buying the Food Lion brand potato soup. And it's about 50 cents cheaper.
