Wow, there sure are a lot of Shotgun Rules (may open a popup). Based on reading that guide, the best thing to call is "Shotgun, no blitz, no recall, no rock" to cover as many bases as possible. The guide also says to print the guide and keep a copy in your glove compartment for reference.
